A member may appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the AGM. A member must submit their proxy appointment at least 24 hours before the AGM by emailing alera.docs@outlook.com.
Voting
Only financial members are permitted to vote at the AGM and each financial member is entitled to one vote only.
