Join us for ALERA ACT’s 2023 Unfair Dismissal Moot on 11 October 2023 at 6pm.
The moot is generously hosted by the Fair Work Commission, and Deputy President Dean will preside over the unfair dismissal moot.
The case will involve an application for unfair dismissal by an employee dismissed at a medium sized company. Representatives briefed with the materials will appear for the applicant and respondent. The Deputy President will provide her findings, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions, pose hypotheticals and engage in debate.
