The ACT Law Society is holding a CPD session on “Managing Disability in the Workplace” on 28 February 2019 at Hotel Kurrajong.

This session, presented in a handy ‘question and answer’ format, seeks to address common questions regarding the hiring, firing and performance management of employees with a disability. It is aimed both at lawyers advising clients on disability-related employment issues, and practice managers.

The session will be presented by Belinda Miller from Clayton Utz and Rachel Hyde from Aulich.

Breakfast is included in registration, and lawyers can earn 1.5 CPD points in Core Areas 1, 2 & 4.
